Dr Dennis Zulu

The United Nations Resident Coordinator in Jamaica, The Bahamas, Bermuda, The Cayman Islands and the Turks and Caicos Islands

Dennis Zulu serves as the United Nations Resident Coordinator for the Multi-CountryOffice in Jamaica, with oversight responsibility for the coordination of UN developmentwork across Jamaica, the Bahamas, Bermuda, Turks and Caicos, and the Cayman Islands.A national of Zambia, Dennis Zulu has over 25 years of experience in internationaldevelopment, the private sector, and academia. Immediately prior to his currentappointment, he held the position of Director of the International Labour Organization’s(ILO) Decent Work Team and Office for the Caribbean, where he provided strategicprogrammatic leadership to ILO constituents across the region and championed theDecent Work Agenda with social, economic, and environmental policymakers at thehighest levels.Dennis Zulu has also served as UN Resident Coordinator a.i. for Trinidad and Tobago,Suriname, Aruba, and Curaçao (2022–2023), and previously as ILO Director for AnglophoneWest Africa and Representative to the Economic Community of West African States(ECOWAS), based in Nigeria (2015–2019).Dennis Zulu holds a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Zambia, a Master’s degreefrom Mzumbe University, United Republic of Tanzania, a Postgraduate Diploma fromStellenbosch University, South Africa, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Zambia.

Sara Maharajh-Crossley

Manager, Customer Success Mambu

Born in Trinidad, raised in Canada, Sara is leading the credit union movement by walking an unconventional path layered in purpose.
With 25 years of experience in the cooperative sector, spanning frontline roles to governance, Sara brings a deep, lived understanding of the cooperative movement and its impact.

She is a 2021 WYCUP recipient through the World Foundation for Credit Unions and was honored as Cooperator of the Year (2025) by Cooperatives and Mutuals Canada.

Sara serves as the founding consultant and primary lead for the Caribbean Confederation of Credit Unions’ Youth Successor Scholarship Program and Youth Summit, helping to shape the next generation of cooperative leaders across the Caribbean. 

Her governance work includes serving as Chair of her housing cooperative board, and as a director with both the Credit Union Leaders Association and the Directors Forum Cooperative in Canada.

Beyond her career in the credit union movement, Sara is also a world champion domino player. Spreading love wherever she goes!

ROBERT C. SCOTT, MBA, CITP, KStG, JP

Robert Christopher Scott is an international business executive, TEDx speaker, and author whose work focuses on leadership influence, cultural intelligence, and executive presence in global and corporate environments.He is the Chief Operations Officer of Lifespan Co. Dr Jide Lewis

Deputy Governor, Bank of Jamaica

Currently holds the position of Deputy Governor, Financial Institutions Supervisory Division at the Bank of Jamaica. He is also the Deputy Supervisor of Banks, Financial Holding Companies and Other Specified Financial Institutions (“DeputySupervisor”).In these capacities, he has responsibility for ensuring the relevance and adequacy of the legislative and regulatory framework and operational infrastructure to satisfy the statutory and supervisory responsibilities necessary to support the Bank’s financial system stability mandate and ensure the effective supervision and regulation of deposit taking institutions and specified institutions.

Dr Lewis holds a Ph.D. in Economic Development Policy, from the University of theWest Indies and a M.Sc. in Economics and Finance from the University of York. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds the professional designation of FinancialRisk Manager.Dr Lewis is married and enjoys playing table tennis.

Rodcliffe “Junior” Robertson, JP, is an Arbitrator with the Industrial Disputes Tribunal (Western Division)and a seasoned Training and Business DevelopmentConsultant with extensive experience in banking, human resources, industrial relations, and organisational development.

He has held senior leadership roles with institutions including NCB Jamaica Limited, Sandals ResortsInternational, Grande Palladium Resorts, and major regional hospitality brands, serving in capacities such as Regional Training Manager and Director ofHuman Resources.

Rodcliffe is an accomplished international presenter, having delivered training across theCaribbean, North America, and beyond, and has spoken at major regional conferences including the Caribbean Tourism Conference (CTC29) in the Bahamas, the Human ResourcesManagement Association of Barbados (HRMAB) annual conference, and the JamaicaEmployee’s Federation (JEF) Annual Convention.

A longstanding volunteer to the Credit Union Movement, he has served in key leadership roles at both national and regional levels. He currently serves as Director/Secretary of Infiniti Co-operative Credit Union and Vice Chairman of Montego Bay Community College.

Rodcliffe is a Justice of the Peace, an ordained Minister of Religion, a corporate trainer, and apassionate advocate for leadership, service excellence, and organisational growth. He ishappily married to his wife, MiShel and has 3 daughters and 1 son.
